“Visuals and videos are more powerful and effective than audio lectures”.
The success of traditional learning was all owing to the powerful face-to-face quality which had revolutionized the learning experience but the quality has become a disadvantage now days because sometimes students do not find themselves in the comfort zone while raising questions or sharing opinion, it does make them feel insecure and hesitation dominates before they speak up in front of students and teachers.
So, what can be done? Can we get back to the quality in order to maintain the same level of education or a much increased level?
Yes, it is very much possible through the interactive and effective content presentation on any e-learning or computer based modules.
Everybody knows how difficult it is to teach small kids but with the help of interactive video content and the taste of gaming, kids can do the wonders. however, who cares when gaming becoming a powerful source of learning. It’s a direct way to have theoretical and practical classes within the same package.
If we adopt the same learning methodology in the corporate world, it would certainly decrease the level of risk which would reflect while gaining profit at the end of the day.
It’s worthless to say that traditional methods are not good enough, in fact they are but not better than virtual learning methods because interactive video content is much effective and more than capable when it comes to find a comfortable place in the mind of employees.
If the company invests on training sessions then it’s essential that do not let them go in vain instead bring more profit to the company. On the other hand, virtual learning methods are cost effective and more profitable as the content presentation always attracts employees and take rest on their mind. The most amazing feature is that its attractiveness never goes away with the time because the content remains a click away to watch it again.
